I bought Platinum Notes about 3 months ago and I have to say I used it about twice and deleted all the rendered files. Each time I process a file and sub it into Traktor, I am unable to beatmatch correctly as Traktor is picking up the wrong beats and therefore sounds horrible when transitions from one song to the other.

1. Uninstall TMT and ANY other ArcSoft's app installed in your pc (if any).
2. Go to 'C:Program Files', find and delete the 'ArcSoft' folder.
3. Go to 'C:Program FilesCommon Files', find and delete the ArcSoft folder.
4. Go to 'C:Documents and SettingsyourusernameLocal SettingsApplication Data', find and delete the ArcSoft folder.
5. Go to 'C:Documents and SettingsyourusernameApplication Data', find and delete the ArcSoft folder.
6. Go to 'C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication Data' find and delete the ArcSoft folder.
7. Open Registry Editor (Start — Run — type in regedit and then hit on OK button). Find following entries and delete the Arcsoft folder in all of them:
